ARB is an Australian owned company that manufactures a massive range of four wheel drive accessories ranging from the humble Snatch Strap right through to Bull Bars, Roof Top Tents, Compressors and Rear Wheel Carriers. In general they have a reputation for being expensive, but you won’t ever be disappointed with their products. They make no nonsense equipment that is guaranteed to last you for a long time. Take a look at the hire cars and mining cars – they all use ARB bull bars. In fact, they are probably the most common Bull Bars you can find around.
Even their snatch straps are well designed and built, and they will get you out of trouble very quickly. Another product that ARB sells a lot of is a compressor. When you are four wheel driving its vital that you pump your tyres up when getting back onto the bitumen. You can either mount a compressor inside the cab of the vehicle, or under the bonnet. I would rather not mount one under the bonnet as they are exposed to the elements and a harsh amount of heat. However, a lot of people do mount the ARB ones under there and they last for years. You can however, purchase one that is portable and that sits in a toolbox.
If you haven’t been into an ARB store, now would be your time to do so. They sell such a huge range that you will no doubt find something you didn’t even know existed. Whether it makes your four wheel drive more capable or your camping trip more efficient and relaxed, you can be sure that ARB will have something for you.

Majority of the mining vehicles in Australia are fitted with ARB Bull bars, which is certainly a testament to their strength, design and durability. They make a number of different types, some of which are able to take Winches. They are also one of the first companies to come out with new bull bars for newly released four wheel drives. When you put it all together, it makes sense to look into ARB products. Sure, they might not always be the cheapest ones that you can find, but you can almost guarantee the product is going to last, and provide you with a lot of enjoyment.
